Dining at Maison was a revelation! The breakfasts boasted scrumptious hot dishes that left me salivating. Plus, the staff always had warm smiles and were eager to assist, making my mornings feel extra special. The beautifully designed spa area was the cherry on top, perfect for unwinding after exploring Sofia.

Chur, the spa was sweet as and staff heaps friendly! But breakfast was only okay, and not much to choose from. Still, overall a good stay!

The vibe of this place is really lekker! My room was stunning, so much space and a great bed for a solid night's rest. Brekkie was super with loads of options—can't complain there! Plus, the spa facilities were a nice surprise, really enjoyed the pool after a long day.

But man, parking was a bit of a pain with all the building stuff in the way, so bear that in mind if you drive.

Comfortable room, delightful breakfast, spacious fitness centre, and being just 15 km away from the airport made our stay enjoyable and convenient.

Everything was exemplary.

Arrival was frustrating as the room wasn't ready despite check-in time. Upon entering, dusty surfaces, a dirty sock, and an unpleasant odor greeted me—definitely not what I expected from a luxury stay. I encountered issues with insufficient amenities, one bathrobe for two guests, and missing dental kits that should be standard in a five-star establishment. To top it off, parking was confusing, leading me to an underground option with no direct access to the hotel.

Our stay was amazing! The Deluxe Suite was spacious and beautifully decorated, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly helpful, particularly at the front desk who provided great recommendations for local spots. The indoor pool and spa facilities were a delightful surprise, perfect for unwinding.
